Project goal
Asthi Care was built to bring structure and simplicity to physiotherapy care. Many clinics still relied on paper records, manual appointment logs, and scattered communication between reception, doctors, and therapists. These disconnected systems often resulted in confusion, longer waiting times, and missed sessions. Asthi Care set out to unify this entire process, connecting the reception desk, doctor's iPad, therapist's tablet, and patient portal into one seamless, synchronised ecosystem.
Problem and solution
Where traditional clinic struggles met a smarter, connected way to manage physiotherapy.

Problem 1
Physiotherapy clinics struggled with scattered communication and paper-based tracking, leading to confusion and lost information. Coordination between reception, doctors, and therapists was often slow and inconsistent.

Problem 2
Manual record handling and queue management caused long waiting times and difficulty accessing patient histories. The lack of a centralized system slowed down care and affected patient experience.

Solution 1
Asthi Care introduced a connected digital system that synced all updates in real time. Every appointment, diagnosis, and exercise plan stayed aligned across Android, iPad, and TV apps for smooth coordination.

Solution 2
Asthi Care streamlined the complete patient flow from registration to therapy. Digital records, instant access, and live TV queues reduced delays and improved clinic efficiency.

Scope of work
Conducted in-depth discussions to understand the daily workflow of physiotherapy clinics. Identified major pain point such as communication gaps, manual data handling, and lack of patient tracking.
Planned the complete information architecture and designed intuitive, role-based interfaces. Focused on usability for doctors, therapists, and staff, ensuring clarity and quick task completion.

Built a scalable Node.js backend integrated with real-time socket communication and offline data storage. Developed native Android and iPad apps, a TV display module, and a patient-facing web portal.
Deployed the entire system with seamless data synchronisation across all devices. Provided continuous maintenance, feature updates, and performance optimisations for smoother clinic.
The therapist reviews patient progress on a tablet app, ensuring each treatment stays personalized.
The doctor guides a patient using an iPad app, clearly explaining the diagnosis and recovery steps.

Patients wait comfortably for their turn, which show on TV screen their upcoming turns. The display keeps them informed and relaxed.
